I noted in your article, which was a joy to read, you state 鈥 but we wouldn鈥檛 bake the pie more than 24 hours in advance鈥. Curious as I have been making pies and freezing before the holidays for years. I have again this year already made and frozen pumpkin and pecan pies. They always thaw in fridge nicely for the big celebration!
