Goji berries sound ideal for me! They're low in FODMAPs and high in protein. I have IBS and migraines, so I plant a migraine and gut-friendly garden. The high protein content is very helpful for mitigating hunger migraines, the low FODMAP content is great for IBS! Will definitely give these a try, as one of our grape vines didn't make it through this past winter, leaving behind the perfect planting spot!
