Who is this all-knowing, all-powerful "they" you speak of? 🤔 Governments and institutions are made up of plain old regular people. People that aren't that bright, people who would run home and tell their wives if told they had to release super bio bugs and "salt the clouds" then it would be all over Facebook and on the local news. For what purpose would these people go to great, insane lengths to "fool" the public? It's not about money or power, the two main reasons that incentivize corrupt public officials, so WHY would anyone do those bizarre things?
