All the studies about "meat causes disease" are flawed, because often people who consume copious amounts of red meat are eating an excess of calories, and usually not watching their diet, to begin with... so is it the meat, or everything else going on in their diet? And yes, supermarket beef is a lot different then grass-finished, more natural beef.
