I have been searching for the answer, to no avail.
Why do we need a groundhog for the forcast on feb 2? Do not we all see our shadows on a sunny day?
How does the groundhog contributes to the forcast if it is based solemnly on the cloudness of tbe day?
I appreciate if someone can answer my question
Thank you,
Helen.
