Love the simplicity of the suggestions and that they are common sense moves. I would add what I call "kitchen aerobics". Cans of soup, sauces, etc. can make great free weights, you can start light and work up to heavier cans. I workout while waiting for water to boil, stir a pot or anything that requires a few minutes between steps. Try dancing to commercials with music as well. I do enjoy your articles. Thanks.
