Not generally speaking. Most eggs sold commercially in the grocery store are from poultry farms and have not been fertilized.

Fertile eggs are laid by hens in contact with roosters. 

However, hens will lay eggs, regardless of whether the egg is fertilized or not.  If they’re not fertilized, they won’t hatch.  And even if one is fertilized, the process of hatching stops when the eggs are refrigerated.

But if the eggs are intentionally sold and labeled as fertilized eggs, it’s possible. Some more niche grocery stores are selling fertilized eggs.
