i believe you also mentioned marmalade but did not include any recipes or information. Could you provide a recipe for a marmalade using oranges and lemons? Would you cut the rind in really small pieces and after simmering, mash with a potato masher? I am afraid otherwise you may still get too many actual pieces of rind along with orange pulp per spoon of marmalade.
