This is a great marinade for any part of the chicken, not just wings. I do love wings, but for health and price I use skinless thighs. Yum. I also make sure to use reduced sodium soy and cut it 50/50 with water. Unfortunately, my blood pressure isn't fond of salty foods, but I make this an exception a couple of times a year. Oh, it's also a great marinade for pork.
