I've found that when a recipe doesn't give nutrition/calorie info, looking up the ingredients online works well. It may take a little time but if you save the information for the most commonly used ingredients such as a cup of oil, mayo, butter, vegetables, etc. it comes in handy. Hope this helps.
Please advise the number of calories for the salad dressing and also provide substitutions or another recipe for the lowest calorie homemade salad dressing if this one is high. I love a sweet, fruity, balsamic/vinegar-based dressing with this salad. Thanks!
I've been making a salad like this for my wife for years. Only I use balsamic vinegar glaze and pecans.
