The texture of these cookies is much more like a muffin. I don’t think I would even call it a cookie. I agree with the other reviewer that it needs salt. I also felt like the flavor was very mild and somewhat lacking. Maybe the milk sort of watered it down? I probably won’t make these again, just not my cup of tea.
Nice texture, real soft nice , needs salt, will make again but with salt.ðŸ‘
