It looks to me like there is a missing section in the directions about the dark chocolate and the peppermint. In a bowl, combine dark chocolate with peppermint extract. HEAT IN THE MICROWAVE OR IN THE TOP OF A DOUBLE BOILER UNTIL MELTED. THEN spread mixture evenly onto prepared baking sheet.

In the recipe it says dark chocolate chips. Does that mean the semi-sweet ones??
There are many options for chocolate chips and you can use what you like best. Just use the recipe as a guideline.
I think there's some of the above recipe missing. Would you please reprint with all the correct directions. Thanks
