I like to add a dash of Worcestershire sauce to add a little zip. Thank you for the recipe!
Is there an substitute for the mushrooms? I have two people in my family that are allergic.
Hi, Lisa. You can substitute diced zucchini or potatoes for the mushrooms.
Thank you so much! I will definitely be making this. Sounds so good!
I was so happy to see this recipe. The majority that you see nowadays use chunks of beef and cook for up to an hour or more. To me that's just beef stew with a sour cream sauce. This is how it should be prepared. Partially freeze the steak ahead of time so that you can make very thin slices and it's on the table in less than 20 minutes. So good! Thank you.
