Planting, Growing, and Harvesting Bell Peppers (Sweet Peppers)
Cooking Notes
Peppers are excellent with almost anything: sandwiches, scrambled eggs, pizza, salads, and dips.
We also enjoy cooking peppers, whether beef stir-fry, smoky roasted peppers, or meat and rice stuffed peppers.
Plus, peppers can be pickled! See how to make pickled peppers!

Now that my pepper plants are harvested, will they eventually bloom more flowers and peppers? If so, how should I care for my pepper plants now?
Most pepper plants are treated as annuals and you reseed each year. However, in some climates or if you have the right indoor setting, you can overwinter them. They are technically perennials! .
Thank you . It is complete and very informative. Blessings

When it comes to Adorno peppers, the fruits continuously change color based on the stage of maturation. They display beautiful shades of color that go from green, yellow, purple, blue, black, and lastly, red. We would pick them when they are red.
In terms of green peppers, most varieties take 60 to 90 days to mature. See above information aobut harvesting.
Pepper sun scald - we had same problem last year. Try using sunshade material from dollar store to keep off sun from the south during hottest part of day.
i have a consistent problem with growing peppers. I live in northern CA not too far from the bay. My peppers tend to get sunburned - they get burn spots on them where the sun hits them. I haven't been able to find a way to keep this from happening - if I try to shade the plant, it stops growing. If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate hearing them.
