I was reading about this way of keeping mouse/rats out of your house, on the internet. Drill a small hole in the baseboard of the walls in your humble abode, and using a syringe, preferably one from a Cajun Injector kit, fill the syringe with "Ammonia" and squeeze a few drops into the hole. do this around the entire inside of the house walls, using common sense, depending on the size of the interior wall. I've been doing this for a few years and have not seen a single mouse inside my house. I also feed stray cats in my fenced in back yard. The ammonia drives them out and doesn't kill them, leaving a dead mouse inside your walls.....
