Is this still true as people are forced to convert from the old incandescent bulbs to CFLs (compact fluorescent or "curly" bulbs) and LEDs (light-emitting diode bulbs)? The old bulbs gave off a broad spectrum of light; CFLs and LEDs emit very precise wavelengths, and I wonder if plants can make as much use of those colors.
