I canned with my pressure cooker…yes at the time I didn’t know the difference between a pressure cooker and a canner! Sigh
I processed several jars of bean. In about half of them, the water level is about half way down. Are they still safe to save and eat later? Are they safe to eat now?
I will do my due diligence and research this better for next summer’s harvest but for now I need to know about what I have already attempted to can.
