I cut out all caffeine, the results were amazing. Within two days my lower back pain was gone. I also cut out eating major amounts of sugar; getting rid of the two has made all the difference in the world. Mind you, the withdrawal from coffee was brutal, but worth it. I do not do decaf coffee as that is actually worse than the kind that contains caffeine. I switched to naturally caffeine free herbal tea.
