I have been taking Boswellia Serrata or Indian frankincense for a few years with awesome results. I mix it with equal amounts of ashwagandha root which is thought to have some anti inflammatory properties. You can get boswellic acid extract or buy the ground frankincense itself. I prefer to grind my own from frankincense tears but it is difficult to find. It works well.
