Miss Robin, I loved reading about how you have improved the health of your soil and now have a healthy clover lawn. I am old enough to remember when white clover was in all grass seed and white clover was across the entire lawn. My oldest son moved into an HOA years ago and did the "lawn maintenance" thing like all his neighbors. He doesn't water, the backyard has erosion and almost no grass at all. I keep trying to tell him that clover "fixes" the soil with nitrogen, helps with erosion, is low growing and encourages pollinators, of which they have none! How to enlighten someone who could care less that his yard is eroding and dirt should be covered to keep dirt and dust off patio and home?????
