I live in SW Nova Scotia, Canada and have been watching waxwings eating holly berries. They revisit my holly bushes each spring. In the last couple of days, June 9 & 10 I’ve noticed them feasting on blueberry flower petals while leaving the rest of the bud and any future berries intact and apparently unharmed.
