I cook 12 eggs at a time in my Instant Pot for 3 minutes, then let them sit in the Instant Pot for 10 minutes before releasing pressure. After I take the eggs out of the pot, I plunge in very cold water (we live in the mountains so the water is very cold) or ice water for 10 to 15 minutes. They peel very easily. Perfect eggs every time!
