I've been reading everyone's comments and there are a few that are right.
Ivory soap works the best for leg cramps. So does mustard & pickle juice. The best thing I've found for RLS is a heating pad. It seems to pull all the tension out of your legs.
The bar of soap doesn't have to be Ivory soap. It can be any bar of soap. The more magnesium the better. I have a bar of soap under my sheets every night.
