I'm confused! Where do I put the charcoal briquettes? If a Dutch oven is a pan with another that sits atop of it, I can understand maybe putting the "underneath" layer of briquettes in the bottom pan; but, how do you put the 16 briquettes "on top" with a domed lid (which mine has). Wouldn't the briquettes just fall off? Surely you don't put the briquettes on the top of the batter!! Please explain. I would like to try this recipe. Thanks
